What is included
Everything in the annual plan is built around practical contract work.

Bulk document queries
Ask questions across a group of contracts to find patterns, exceptions and outliers.
AI chat with RAG
Ask questions grounded in the contracts, policies and supporting documents you upload.
Playbooks and precedents
Use approved positions, templates and clause guidance to keep review work consistent.
Microsoft Word add-in
Work with review context and preferred wording from inside Word.
Contract register
Capture parties, dates, renewal terms, owners and key contract information.
Secure document management
Store, organise and search contract documents and supporting files.

Pricing FAQ
How the pilot, subscription and onboarding work.
How does the free two-week pilot work?
The pilot gives your team two weeks to test Contract Cloud without charge. Use it to upload representative documents, run AI review and document Q&A, test register workflows and decide whether the platform fits your team.
What should we prepare before the pilot?
Choose a small set of sample contracts, the questions your reviewers normally ask, any preferred positions or playbook notes, and the people who should test the workflow.
What happens after the pilot?
If the platform is a fit, the next step is agreeing users, onboarding needs and annual subscription timing. Larger teams can also discuss rollout planning, SSO or tailored deployment requirements.
How is the annual subscription billed?
The plan is billed annually in advance at $3,588 + GST per named user. The monthly equivalent is $299 + GST per user.
What onboarding support is available?
Onboarding can cover workspace setup, sample document workflows, register fields, playbook materials, SharePoint and OneDrive integration, SSO and practical rollout support. Other integrations may also be available upon request, and free training is included to help your team get the most out of the product.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. Teams can begin with the users and workflows they want to validate first, then expand access as more contract processes move into Contract Cloud.
Where is data hosted?
Customer data at rest is stored in Australia, within AWS Sydney, according to the current Security page.
